Terms of Service

These tools are provided by Zeus-AI Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16793939), registered address 56 Hanley Road, Hull, England, HU5 5ST. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Zeus-AI Solutions Ltd.

We offer a free AI readiness check and a free acceptable-use policy generator, and a paid “Pro” policy generator that produces a more detailed, tailored AI policy document. You do not need an account; results and paid documents are delivered to the email address you provide.

This is the most important part of these terms. The readiness results, acceptable-use policy, and generated policy documents are informational templates built on published UK regulatory guidance. They are a starting point, not legal advice, and we are not a law firm.

• You are responsible for reviewing any document before you adopt or rely on it, and for ensuring it fits your specific circumstances.
• We strongly recommend a suitably qualified professional reviews any policy before formal adoption.
• We do not guarantee that a generated document will make you compliant with any law, regulation, or standard, or that it covers every obligation that applies to you.
• You remain solely responsible for your own legal and regulatory compliance.

• The Pro policy is a one-off purchase. The current price is shown at checkout (standard £49, or £29 with a valid promotional code). Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated.
• Payment is taken securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Because the product is a digital document generated and delivered immediately on payment, the right to cancel does not apply once generation has begun. If the tool fails to deliver your document due to a fault on our side, contact hello@zeus-ai.co.uk and we will re-issue it or refund you.
• Promotional codes are subject to their own limits and expiry.

The policy document we generate for you is yours. Once generated and paid for (where applicable), you own it outright and may use, edit, adapt, and share it within your business without restriction. We claim no ownership over your finished document or the business information you provide.

The tools, website, templates, and underlying systems that produce the document remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the tool itself, or use it to build a competing service.

You agree to use our tools lawfully, and not to:

• Provide false information or another organisation’s details without authority.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use the service to build or train a competing product, or to resell the output as your own tool.
• Use the service in any way that breaches applicable law.

We provide the tools on an “as is” basis and do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant policy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a generated document without appropriate professional review (see Section 3).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under English law.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
